The film happened to be the debut film of the director Darling Krishna. Now, the latest buzz is that Love Mocktail is going to have its remake in the Telugu language to be directed by Nagshekhar.

Well, you don’t have to wait even for that as Nagshekhar has announced the lead actors for the remake.

On the remake of Love Mocktail, this is what Nagshekhar has to say, “The film is going to be tailored to suit the sensibilities of Telugu audiences. It is a beautiful love story and I am glad that I will be directing the Telugu version. I will have my trusted aide cinematographer Sathya Hegde – with me, while Kalabhairava from Tollywood will compose music,”
When he was asked about the lead cast in the Telugu remake, thisis what he revealed, “Satyadev has not done a role like this, which is why I felt it would be a good change for the audience. Not only the director but the lead cast of the film is looking excited. Take the case of Satyadev who also shares his thoughts on the new project. This is what he shares, “I am thrilled with the subject and wanted to do a film like this. I’ve not done a romantic role in my career. I am looking forward to working with Nagshekar. I’m also keen on doing Kannada films, so this will be a step closer in that direction.”
Like others, Tamannaah is also looking excited to begin her new project with the Telugu remake of Love Mocktail. At this point of time when everybody is sharing his own views about getting the new project, this is what she shared, “It is a privilege to be cherry picked for a project that most Telugu filmmakers were keen to reproduce. Love Mocktail is not a story that has never been seen before.

It is this familiarity in the narrative that makes it seem so affable. Besides, I am a huge fan of romance and nostalgia.
