Kangana Ranaut knows how to remain in the news. In the latest update, the Bollywood actress has initiated another controversy when she posted on her Instagram stories that she has one similar trait like that of legendary singer Lata Mangeshkar.
The actress stunned the audience when she compared herself with none other than legendary singer Lata Mangeshkar.
Kangana Ranaut Compares Herself With Lata Mangeshkar, Says, “Even I denied performing at weddings”
Kangana referred to one of his Instagram stories where she referred a video of Asha Bhosle discusing about the quality of voice of her sister Lata Mangeshkar performing in a reality show.
The video has the voice of Asha Bhosle saying she never performed at the wedding or celebration of rich people even when she was offered a huge amount to perform.
This is what Bhosle says in the video, “She was offered one million dollars to sing in a wedding. They asked her to just show herself for two hours in front of these big people.”
After posting the video, this is what Kangana wrote in her Instagram story, “Agree. Even I have denied weddings or private parties, even though I have the most popular songs. Denied insane amount of money. Glad to come across the video. Lata ji, truly so inspiring.”
On the professional front, Kangana was last starred in her film ‘Dhakkad’ which turned out to be a flop at the box office.
Apart from films, she also featured in a reality show Lock Upp. Currently, she’s busy in the making of her next film Emergency which is based on the Emergency situation imposed in the country in the year 1975.
Until now, Kangana is going busy starring in films. But now, she has plans to direct films in the future.
