Reflecting on the film, she expressed, “What an impactful movie… Being from a Hindi medium background, coming from a rural village, and as a general category student during my school entrance tests without reservations, I found myself in tears throughout the film. I’ve never shed so many tears during a flight. My fellow passengers were glancing at me with concern, which made me a bit self-conscious.” In her subsequent story, she commended, “Vidhu sir has truly won my heart once more.”
