Jocelyn Diaz who’s executive producer of House Of The Dragon is known to have stepped out as producer of the Game of Thrones prequel before it headed for second season.

 

House Of The Dragon producer Jocelyn Diaz Quits Ahead of season 2 

As per the sources from ‘Deadline, Jocelyn had an initial one year deal. And her exit came out right after Miguel Sapochnik decided to quit as executive producer for season 1.

In the past too, Ron Schmidt who also served as an executive producer of the House of the Dragon part 1 quit the series.

 

Now, after the exit of Sapochnik, House of the Dragon co-creator/executive producer Ryan Condal left for season 2 along with Vince Gerardis.

House of the Dragon is all based on Fire & Blood which is penned by George R.R. Martin. The story depicts the the events of Game of Thrones.

The story of the House of Dragon revolves around House Targaryen. The fantasy drama is known to have come a long way forward with a 10-year time jump.

As per an update, Olivia Cooke and Emma D’Arcy have already taken over the roles of Alicent Hightower and Princess Rhaenyra from Emily Carey and Milly Alcock respectively.

The much anticipated prequel also stars Rhys Ifans, Sonoya Mizuno, Fabien Frankel, Eve Best, Steve Toussaint, and Matt Smith in their respective pivotal roles.

It’s reported that new episodes of House of the Dragon will air on Disney+ Hotstar from Monday.
