Irrfan Khan starrer Angrezi Medium is all set to go live on floors on March 13, 2020.
Ahead of the film’s release, the Bollywood actor goes live to converse with one of the media personnel and states that the story of his latest movie is so close to his life.
Irrfan Khan was actually having a word with Times of India (TOI) disclosed how the film’s plot is similar to his own life.
When he was asked to elaborate about his latest film, he said that Angrezi Medium is full of sequences that relates to his own personal life in real terms.
This is what the actor had to say, “My child in Angrezi Medium loses her mother when she is very young. I wasn’t. Mine was a crisis of whether to pursue my dream or take care of my responsibility. For Champak (the character in Angrezi Medium) the dilemma is whether to let my daughter chase her dream or not, perhaps it would have been my father’s dilemma if he was alive. The crisis is of the father, not of the child, in this scenario. My mother was sure she wanted me not to chase my dream and stay with her, which, I recall, gave me lot of heartache. The culmination of Champak’s decision is perhaps what I would have wanted my mother to do. Let the child fly!”
While speaking with Times of India, the actor also touched a few points where he chose to discuss about certain things that he can’t forget in his life. For example, he said how he completely forgot his super acting skills even before he thought of his acting goes live.
This is what he had to say about this, “I remember to have completely forgotten acting and afterwards, I also wanted to come clean as well. All along in my battle, I have always tried to come clean. It’s actually made me far more sensitive than ever both in a good and bad way.”
‘Angrezi Medium’ happens to be one of the upcoming films of Irrfan Khan slated to release on March 13, 2020. Apart from Irrfan, Kareena Kapoor Khan is also featured in her prominent role.
Others who also feature in the film include Deepak Dobriyal, Radhika Madan and Dimple Kapadia.
