Allu Arjun starrer Ala Vaikunthapurramuloo became a blockbuster film of 2020. Since this Telugu language action drama became a hit, the makers wanted to release a Hindi remake of the film.
As per an update, the Hindi remake of Ala Vaikunthapurramuloo was scheduled to release on January 26, 2022.
While the above was being organized, the success of Pushpa: The Rise across the North due to Hindi dubbing, Ala Vaikunthapurramuloo makers had decided to release the film in theatres.
On the other hand, Kriti Sanon and Kartik Aryan starrer Shehzadawhich happens to be the Hindi remake of Allu Arjun-Pooja Hegde’s film is currently under production, they simply decided to cancel the Hindi version of the Telugu film. They finally opted for a satellite release.
Hindi Version of Ala Vaikunthapurramuloo to Release On February 6 On Dhinchaak TV channel
The latest update says that Ala Vaikunthapurramuloo is to be released directly on February 6 on Dhinchaak channel.
Take a look at the official statement released earlier this week, “Manish Shah, promoter of Goldmines along with the makers of Shehzada have jointly decided to withdraw the theatrical of Ala Vaikunthapurramuloo Hindi version. Shehzada makers are thankful to Manish Shah for agreeing the same.”
It was on January 12, 2020 when Pooja Hegde and Allu Arjun starrer Ala Vaikunthapurramuloo was released. After the film was released in theatres, it became a blockbuster film.
The Hindi remake of the film is being made starring Kriti Sanon and Kartik Aryan titled Shehzada.
