Gwen Stefani is a renowned American songwriter and singer. The latest buzz is that she is about to get married. Well, the special moment for her came when she celebrated it with an overwhelming bridal shower.
It was on June 11 when she chose to share that she has been kidnapped in regards to her upcoming wedding to fiancé Blake Shelton where she would have to undergo the much expected bridal shower. And there were so many gifts already.
Take a look at what Stefani has to say in a video posted on Instagram stories, “I got kidnapped by my family to celebrate. I’m getting married,” she posted.

In addition to the bridal shower, the singer also shared a plethora of gifts that included a card to the bride to be. along with loads of colorful pink flowers. “Feeling loved feeling blessed,” Stefani wrote.
Stefani didn’t forget to share a picture of herself where she can be seen onto one of her gifts. Well, the singer is soon to tie the nuptial knot with her fiancé Blake Shelton after getting engaged back in last October.
“Hey @gwenstefani thanks for saving my 2020… And the rest of my life.” he wrote. “I love you. I heard a YES!”
It’s also being come in the limelight through one of the insiders who told People’s magazine that Shelton took permission from Stefani’s three kids named Apollo, Zuma and Kingston before proposing her.
Take a look what the insider had to tell, “Her family very much approves of him. He’s an amazing partner and a great extra dad to the boys. Gwen is ecstatic. The proposal was a surprise.”
Stefani, on the other hand also took time to open up about recovering from her past heartbreaks before getting married with Shelton.
“I think in a romantic way, when you fall in love so hard and so unexpectedly – and so late in your life – you think ‘I want to marry you!’ That’s the first romantic reaction, like, ‘Let’s get married,'” Well, this is what Stefani told to the actress Hoda Kotb about their divorces earlier this year.
And this is what she further chose to share, “So we always talked about it, of course, and I think that as the years were going by, it didn’t need to happen. There was a lot of healing to do.”
Shelton was married to singer Miranda Lambert. But after his relationship with Stefani went public, he chose to end his 4 year old marriage with her. At the same time, Stefani was also processing her own divorce from Gavin Rossdale who’s the father of three sons.
Not only Lambert, Shelton was also married previously to to Kaynette Gern. But their marriage lasted only for 3 years from 2003 to 2006.
