As per the latest Hollywood News, Sam Asghari, the husband of pop star Britney Spears wants to have financial support during the course of his filing divorce.
It has already been 3 weeks since the couple has separated. As they have moved ahead for separation, he is seeking financial support in the for of attorneys’ fees during the course of filing divorce.
It all happened when Asghari filed a petition to dissolve his 14 month old marriage with 41 year old Spears in Los Angeles County court this Wednesday.
The divorce between Britney Spears and Sam Asghari is not uncommon. In fact, it’s just another incident in California that tells us the story of irreconcilable differences between couples.
It was on July 28 when the legal document came out narrating the entire story of the couple’s separation. But the report could not come out until Wednesday.
It now says that Sam will try to get the legal financial support from her. It further seeks to have her pay for his divorce lawyers.
As per the divorce filing report, assets that the couple owns jointly still needs to be determined. It also needs to be taken that Asghari and Spears had no children from their marriage.
This is what Asghari’s representative Brandon Cohen has to say, “No negative intention has ever been directed towards her and never will be. Sam has always and will always support her,” he said.

It was on June 9, 2022 when the couple got married at Britney’s home in California. The marriage was attended by some famous guests including Madonna, Paris Hilton, Drew Barrymore, and Selena Gomez.
The marriage finally took place between them after Spears met him for the first time after he appeared in her video titled “Slumber Party” in 2016.
It was then she actually desired to marry Asghari. Among many reasons, it was also that she wished to end her ongoing constraining conservatorship. Britney Spears stated in her statement that they had earlier lost a baby during her pregnancy in May 2022. It was just a month before she got married.
It was Briteny’s Third Marriage With Asghari
For Asghari, it was his first marriage while for Britney, it was her 3rd in the age of 41. One of her marriages lasted less than 3 days with her childhood friend Jason Alexander.
In the year 2004, Britney got married with Kevin Federline who was a dancer. But this marriage lasted only for 3 years. At present, Federline happens to be a father of his two sons and even has their custody.
Now, after the conservatorship of Spears has come to an end, the famous pop star chose to put out music which include her collaboration with Elton John in 2022. But she has not performed for years and has even not disclosed any plans.
On the contrary, her memoir titled The Woman in Me is slated to release this October.
