10 HK-47 (Knights of the Old Republic)

Though HK-47 isn’t a Sith, he remains a formidable threat to the Jedi. This ruthless droid, infamous for his grim humor and referring to living beings as “meatbags,” was originally designed by Darth Revan to eliminate Jedi.
Despite his deadly efficiency in combat, HK-47’s narrative shifts when his memories are erased and he ends up serving the Jedi.

By the third act, however, Bode—a Force-sensitive smuggler with a jetpack—betrays Cal, wrongly believing it to be the best way to protect himself and his daughter, Kata, from Imperial forces. The betrayal results in a heart-wrenching duel where Kestis ultimately kills Bode, leading to a sorrowful conclusion for their once-close alliance.
8 The Second Sister, aka Trilla Suduri
A Formidable Villain with a Distressing Past
The Second Sister continues the theme of villains like Darth Vader and Kylo Ren, who are corrupted by outside influences rather than being inherently evil. Her backstory reveals she was once a Jedi, betrayed by her own master and later brainwashed by the Empire.
In Star Wars Jedi: Fallen Order, she makes a dramatic entrance by killing Cal Kestis’ friend Prauf and easily defeating Kestis himself. Despite being a significant adversary throughout the game, she ultimately seeks redemption after a climactic battle with Kestis, only to be killed by Darth Vader.
7 Darth Sion (KOTOR 2)

Darth Sion, dubbed ‘The Lord of Pain,’ earned this fearsome title through a dark and unsettling history. After sustaining fatal injuries in combat, he discovered he could keep his body intact by combining the Dark Side with sheer determination.

6 Desann (Jedi Knight 2)
A Jedi Master’s Disciple Who Succumbed to the Dark Side
Guided by Luke Skywalker, Desann seemed destined for success until a pivotal moment of anger led him to kill a fellow padawan, sealing his turn to the Dark Side. This pivotal event sparked a dramatic narrative that ultimately ended with his death at the hands of Kyle Katarn.
Desann’s role as the main antagonist in Jedi Outcast is fitting. Originally a solitary figure due to his sensitivity to the Force, he transformed into a menacing bully during his training and later led a rebellion against the New Republic, aiming to establish a new army of Dark Jedi.
