The bail application of Aryan and others held today at NDPS court where senior advocates Satish Maneshinde and Amit Desai fought the case for Aryan Khan.
Amit Desai urged that there are no specific chats found that reflect the rave party or give detail about such a party being organized as per what NCB claims. “WhatsApp chats are supposed to be private conversations. But I am told there are no messages or conversations on the mobile about the rave party.”
Desai concluded his argument by stating that Aryan has no criminal antecedents.
While NCB maintained that they have sufficient information to prove that Aryan was in constant touch with international kingpins of the entire drug nexus that they want to bust.
And for that, there is no question of releasing them on bail. To which, Aryan’s legal team called these claims are false and absurd.
