Akshay Kumar & Arshad Warsi’s Upcoming Film, Jolly LLB 3, Is Embroiled In Legal Issues Due to Alleged Judicial Mockery

As per a detailed report by NBT, Chandrabhan Singh Rathod who represents Ajmer District Bar Association had filed a complaint against the producers of Jolly LLB 3. It stated that the film simply mocks the entire judicial system of India and even tarnished its image.

In the original complaint filed by Chandrabhan, he alleged that the video showcases judges and attorneys in the wrong manner that looks indecent and humorous.

It’s all the content of the film due to which the film is reported to face legal issues. In the complaint that was filed against the film, it clearly looks like the makers of the film are ignoring the prestige and dignity of our judiciary system as outlined in our Constitution.

At present, the shooting for Jolly LLB is already going underway. The shooting is currently taking place in Ajmer including the DRM office of Ajmer. Also, the Bollywood stars who are busy in shooting don’t seem to take the country’s prestige and dignity seriously.

He further stated that scenes depicting actions like kicking a lawyer, pursuing them with a stick, showing a judge consuming ‘gutkha’, and depicting monetary transactions are not in line with the realities of the judicial system. Furthermore, he underscored that such portrayals are inconsistent with the dignity of the judiciary.

The Bar Association in Ajmer simply filed a complaint to stop the production of Jolly LLB 3. They requested the court to issue a notice. As per the report, the hearing is set to take place today.

Akshay and Arshad are once again portraying their characters as attorneys, both named Jolly, under the direction of Subhash Kapoor. Shooting for the film commenced in Ajmer on April 29, accompanied by the release of a humorous video to kickstart the filming process..

The first installment of Jolly LLB debuted in 2013, followed by a sequel in 2017. In the upcoming third installment, it is expected that Akshay and Arshad will be in conflict, while Saurabh Shukla will reprise his role as the judge.
