Ajay Devgn is all set to comeback with a bang, especially after giving a thunderous performance in blockbuster movies like ‘De De Pyaar De’ and ‘Rom-Com.
The star actor will feature reprising the role of a famous and most intense football coach of his time Syed Abdul Rahim.
The upcoming film is being produced in the association with Boney Kapoor, Zee Studios, Joy Sengupta and Akash Chawla. Maidaan will be directed by none other than Amit Ravindranath Sharma.

Well, the movie has been titled Maidaan that features the most aspiring Keerthy Suresh of ‘Mahanti fame. She will be seen as the female lead in the movie. The dialogues and screenplay will be done by Ritesh Shah and Saiwyn Quadras.

Regarding the future projects of Ajay Devgn, the Bollywood star will soon be appearing in ‘Taanaji: Unsung Warrior’. This is going to be period drama featuring Saif Ali Khan and Kajol in their lead roles.
Along with that Ajay Devgn has some more films in his kitty including a Luv Ranjan movie with Ranbir Kapoor. Another film he has is Bhuj: The Pride Of India.
This film will feature Parineeti Chopra, Sanjay Dutt and Sonakshi Sinha. It looks quite evident that the plot of this film revolves on a real-life incident. The film has been produced by Krishan Kumar, Bhushan Kumar and Divya Khosla Kumar.
