Agastya Nanda who’s the grandson of Amitabh Bachchan and Jaya Bachchan is all set to play the role of a war martyr Arun Khetarpal in Ekkis from September 2023.
In order to play the role of a Param Vir Chakra winning war martyr, he requires to go for some intensive training schedule.
Sriram Raghavan who’s directing the film is likely to commence shooting from September 2023 as it will be the kind of weather and light he would require for shooting.
Agastya Nanda to Commence Shooting for Ikkis from September 2023
Raghavan simply wants his film to be different than other bio-epics. To make it better, he wants it to be better reflective of the personality of a soldier.
To make the film titled Ikkis, Agastya Nanda has to really work hard. One thing which requires to play the role of a soldier is to meet with different people and other soldiers including Arun Khetarpal’s family.
In addition to the above, Nanda will also have to understand the language of a soldier with all the alertness and agility needed to justify the role.
For example, if a normal or a civilian person is asked to climb into a battle tank, he would certainly require a chair to perform. But Agastya will have to simply jump into the tank.
And so, it looks like Agastya Nanda’s sophomore film is going to be a tougher as compared to his debut one.
