Abhishek Bachchan and Aishwarya Rai to Star in Gulab Jamun- As per the latest Bollywood updates pouring in, it has been revealed that both Abhishek Bachchan and Aishwarya Rai to star in Gulab Jamun.
They are about to share the screen space together after the gap of eight long years. Earlier, they both featured together in a film titled Raavan that was released in 2010.
If you are fond of Aishwarya Rai and Abhishek Bachchan movies, then you must have been excited to know that the couple has finalised their upcoming project and will start working on it in the time to come.
Well, the sparking news that the couple would be sharing the screen space together was confirmed by none other than Aishwarya Rai, who told media about their availability for the same. She said that both Abhishek and me have decided to work in Gulabjamun after Manmarziyaan.
It was Aish who revealed about her upcoming project. While talking with a daily newspaper, she confirmed that makers had approached her one and half years back for the film and she had agreed it back then.
Well, this is what she narrated “Even one and a half years back, we had agreed on the idea then. However, at this time when AB has returned with Manmarziyaan (again, directed by Anurag Kashyap), we started discussing on the script of Gulab Jamun and found that we fit in every way.”

As we have earlier updated you about it, the couple was last featured together in Raavan (2010). And it has been 8 long years since they were both featured together in a film.
However, in the mean time, there were a plethora of speculation emerged on the surface about doing a film together. But there was no confirmation given from their side.
However, at this time, it looks like Aishwarya Bachchan is all geared up to sign this film together with hubby Abhishek Bachchan.
It will take time to finalise everything as they have just liked the script and have decided to start working on it very soon.
In the meanwhile, Aishwarya Rai will be seen in her next project Fanney Khan to be released on August 3, 2018. She is playing the role of a singer in the film. She was last featured in a 2016 released film Ae Dil Hai Mushkil.
The movie stars Anil Kapoor and Rajkummar Rao in their pivotal roles. The film is directed by Atul Manjrekar.
Some of the films in which both Abhishek and Aishwarya acted together is Dhoom 2, Guru and Umrao Jaan.
On the other hand, Abhishek Bachchan will be seen in his next film titled Manmarziyaan that stars Vicky Kaushal and Taapsee Pannu. The film will be released on September 14, 2018.
