Aanand L Rai praises Akshay Kumar’s Performance In Sarfira, “There’s A Lot to Learn from you, SIR”

Renowned filmmaker Aanand L Rai who has given many hit films in the past has praised Akshay Kumar’s acting in the upcoming movie Sarfira.

During a special screening, it had the presence of Akshay Kumar, Suriya (Tamil film Soorarai Pottru inspired the makers), Radhika Madan, Jyotika, and others.

The  director took to his Instagram account to praise the actor regarding the kind of acting he performed in his upcoming film. He labelled it to be a “GEM.” He highlighted director Sudha Kongara’s work, saying, “Just watched a remarkable film called #sarfira by @sudha_kongara last night! Truly loved it.”

Anand L Rai further went on to praise Akshay Kumar’s role and performance in the upcoming film. He even highlighted the actor’s passion towards his work for storytelling.

This is what he said, “Yesterday, I gained a deeper understanding of ‘Relentless’ from my favorite @akshaykumar! Learning how to embrace relentless honesty, unwavering courage, persistent focus, and a constant hunger for great stories: There’s a lot to glean from you, SIR.”

Rai also praised Radhika Madan’s performance in the film, who portrays the female lead in “Sarfira.” This is what he wrote, “And @radhikkamadan, you are such a SARFIRI! You nailed it.

A Story of Grit & Determination

Scheduled to hit screens on July 12th, Sarfira is helmed by Sudha Kongara and stars Seema Biswas, Paresh Rawal, Radhika Madan, and Akshay Kumar in their respective pivotal roles. Suriya, who played the lead role in the original Tamil film, will make a special guest appearance.

The film is going to be an engaging storyline set against the dynamic backdrop of India’s startup sector and aviation industry.

Not only the directoe but Suriya has also conveyed his gratitude for Akshay Kumar’s role in bringing the story of Captain G. R. Gopinath, the inspiration behind Sarfira, to a broader audience. Sharing the film’s trailer on Instagram.
