Raj Kundra Earned Upto Rs 60 Lakh Through Porn Movies Business?

Raj Kundra, who’s a renowned businessman and the husband of Bollywood actress Shilpa Shetty was arrested yesterday in connection to creating porn movies and uploading them on some apps.

Today, he was produced in the court and was remanded 3 days police custody. As per the crime branch, Kundra is the main conspirator behind producing porn movies and making huge monetary gains.

Earkier, police had stated that they have enough proof to nab Kundra. Today, they revealed to having a number of chats available with them that clearly shows how he was involved in the financial dealing of the application involved in this illegal business.

The police seems to be in all the action as they claim to have so many what’s app chats available with them. These chats show the relation between Kundra and his associates. All these proofs specify the details of Raj Kundra arrest.

The reports from various news portals reveal that Kundra and his associates managed to generate Rs 1.85 lakh through live revenue. He’s also reported to have earned Rs 4.5 lakhs through apps.

There are some more reports coming up that say Kundra’s MTD (Month to Date) revenue soared up to Rs 60 lakh. Meanwhile, the police told the court that Raj Kundra was illegally making money through such apps containing adult content.

The Mumbai Crime Branch further stated to the court that Kundra and his staff use to make pornographic films and upload them on various apps.

In return, they used to get huge money. These porn movies were uploaded on mobile applications for which users had to pay subscription fees.

Police on its statement disclosed that application name is ‘HotShots’ developed by a company named Arms Prime Pvt Ltd, owned by none other than Kundra

In order to make their case stronger in the court, the police has also taken the statements from 3 women who claim that they were forced to act in pornographic films without their consents.

As per the complaint, the accused lured hefty money and other benefits to struggling actresses and models and were forced to make them work in these porn movies. It was also revealed that all these films were actually shot in some rented bungalows in Mumbai.

The police has also arrested another person named Ryan Thorpe who was also involved in the same case. He’s actually working at a senior position in the app company.

Another accused named Umesh Kamat claimed that the application was finally sold to another company named Kenrin Pvt Ltd, owned by Pradeep Bakshi who’s a relative of Kundra.

As per the police, they have already seized Kundra’s phone which will be scrutinized for more details. The police in the court stated that they need the custodial interrogation of the accused as it will throw some light on the alleged pornographic case.

Senior counsel Pradeep Bakshi who appeared for Kundra claimed that there is no need for him to grant custody as the accused is available and will support in the entire investigation process.

It all happened when a case was registered in February 2021 related to the making of porn films and publishing them on some apps.
