Australian actor and director Simon Baker and his wife Rebecca Rigg have decided to dissolve their marriage after living together for 29 years.

As per the latest Hollywood news, the long time couple decided in April 2020 to separate and have now announced the same by releasing a joint statement on January 29, 2021.
While announcing a joint statement to dissolve their marriage, the couple stressed upon their three children who continue to be the most important focus of their lives.
This is what they announced, “We remain close friends and our three children will always be the most important focus of our lives,” the couple stated.
Rigg and Baker are the parents of 22 year old Claude, 19 year old Harry and 27 year old Stella. The estranged couple are remembered to have played love interest in the most popular 1990s Australian soap. But it was only in the year 1991 when they did meet on a blind date.
Both Simon Baker and Rebecca Rigg tied their nuptial knot in two different wedding ceremonies.
One of them is known to have taken place in Australia itself and the other one was held in the year 1998 in California (USA).
At that time, their elder daughter Stella was 5 years of age. Both of them parted their ways after a 22 year old long marriage.
