Antonio Ruiz has become the new Warner Bros. Discovery’s general manager (GM). He’s appointed for both UK and Ireland. He recently unleashed his team for his combined business in both the countries.
While Allan Stenhouse departs to join the international television distribution team at Warner Bros. Discovery. As per the update, he will report to the president of international television distribution, Robert Blair.
As per a news article published in The Hollywood Reporter, Katie Coteman will oversee ad sales which will comprise ad sales, sport solutions, and various sponsorships that come forth.
Likewise, Neil Marshall has made in charge of local film production and acquisition and theatrical film distribution.
The person who will handle TV licensing and digital home entertainment distribution is Alison Morris. He will handle all this in the association of Rachel Wakley who will be overseeing supply chain, games, physical home video, consumer products and more.
In the same way, Alex Foley will oversee retail planning, strategy, and other insights including media planning, programming, and content production.
This is what the company said, “Further appointments, including an affiliate sales leader, will be announced in due course,” it said.
“Since I became general manager for the U.K. & Ireland, I’ve been focused on defining our strategy and structure and today I am delighted to announce my new leadership team,” Ruiz said. “Both legacy companies house tremendous talent which makes me even more excited about the organization we are building for the future as we look to maximize our portfolio of brands, content, products and channels, along with our ambitions to deliver a hugely successful streaming business, in the U.K. and Ireland.”
