The country continues to witness the highest surge due to Covid-19 pandemic and it seems the present spell of the infection due to coronavirus is never going to end. This has never become in the history of India. Coming back to Kollywood, all the artists including renowned film producers, actors and others have contributed in every way to help those suffering due to pandemic.
Vijay Antony who’s a renowned actor and composer stated that he never expected the lockdown to happen in the entire country including Tamil Nadu. The shooting has been paused until the further notice.
Antony took his social media handle to share his views on Instagram. This is what he posted, “I miss waking up early, leaving to the shooting spot, getting character ready, reading dialogues, productive discussions with the director & DOP, acting, reacting, just being in that beautiful space called the film set!”

He further stated, “COVID has completely stunted the film industry like it has several other industries. I sincerely hope we come back from this stronger! Until then, sending positivity & love to all my fellow men & women of the industry. Hang in there!” Antony stated.
At present, the actor has some projects in hand like Pichaikkaran 2 and Khaki. He’s also scheduled to work under the director Naveen for his film Agni Siragugal. It will star Arun Vijay in the lead role.
