It looked like as if everything went fine at the Blake Shelton and Gwen Stefani wedding. But fans detected something unusual at the wedding. Well, things are coming up to the surface after the wedding ceremony has been over.
The couple tied their nuptial knot over the weekend and some crucial details regarding the same has been pouring in slowly.
It all happened when fans noticed that Adam Levine didn’t attend the wedding reception of Blake Shelton and Gwen Stefani. Well, the reason is quite simple. Levine and his wife Behati Prinsloo were away at Miami, Florida on July 3, 2021.
As they were away in Florida, they couldn’t attend the wedding. As per the article published on Page Six, both Adam and his entire family decided to spend their weekend in Miami. And now, it’s being revealed that he’s recording the music.

Please note that Levine had previously worked with Shelton at NBC as a coach. He was present at the singing competition over there. Even after having close relation with the wedding couple, nobody could have expected him to miss the wedding in Oklahoma.
Even though he missed the wedding, nobody can say that they are not the best Voice co-stars. Earlier, Stefani had stated that she would love to have Levine as her ultimate wedding singer. She had also said that the wedding would be quite intimate.
“I definitely would love to have Adam sing at our wedding,” she said in an interview on Late Night with Seth Meyers on Thursday, April 22. “I feel like we’re not gonna have a wedding band. I feel like we’re just gonna go with, like, a playlist. We’re keeping it very simple.” She had said.
On the other hand, Levine had also stated earlier that he would also love to perform at their wedding. He also cracked a small joke stating that they couldn’t afford him.
This is what he stated, “No, they haven’t asked me yet,” he said at the time. “I would love to. First of all, I was just literally texting with them. I love them so much. Just so funny you mentioned them because I just texted them 10 minutes ago, just like, ‘I miss you guys. I love you guys.’ Yeah, they’re the best, dude. I would love to. I’d be honored. They won’t ask me though. They’ll probably get, like, Luke Bryan or somebody.” Levine said.
