John Abraham’s The Diplomat Surpasses Box Office Expectations on Day 1, and Day 2 Morning Occupancy Shows Promising Signs
The Diplomat starring John Abraham in the lead role is moving ahead nicely. The box office report says that the film managed to garner Rs 4.03 crore which is almost the double the already estimated figures.
The film continues to capitalize on the Holi Weekend with Strong Day 2 Performance!
John Abraham’s Last Release
Do you remember the last film of John Abraham? Well, it’s none other than Vedaa that made Rs 6.3 Crore on its opening day (August 15, 2024) but Saw a sharp decline to Rs 1.8 Crore on Day 2.
The film had to settle further for Rs 8.1 Crore over the next two days. His latest release looks all set to outperform those figures.
The Diplomat Box Office Day 2 Occupancy
On its 2nd day falling on Saturday, March 15, The Diplomat Recorded a 7.08% Morning Occupancy, Nearly 20% Higher Than the Morning Occupancy of Vedaa on Its Second Day!
John Abraham’s Last Holi Release
John Abraham’s The Diplomat didn’t match the opening of his previous Holi release, titled Rocky Handsome (2016), which grossed Rs 7.06 crore on its first day.
On Day 2, Rocky Handsome Fell to Rs 4.85 Crore. It will be quite interesting to check if The Diplomat manages to outperforms the two-day total of his earlier Holi release.
John Abraham’s The Diplomat recorded his 4th best opening since COVID, After Vedaa (6.75 Crore), Ek Villain Returns (7.05 Crore), and Pathaan (57 Crore), the film managed to surpass the opening day collections of Satyameva Jayate 2 and Attack. With Strong Word-of-Mouth, his latest film looks all set for a Solid Weekend.
