The actress wanted to be a part of Aladdin- A Will Smith movie released on May 17, 2019. She desired to do the role of princess Jasmine, to be precise. But this is not anything unusual that happened in the journey of her career.
In spite of the fact that she could not clear the auditions of one of her dream Hollywood projects, she is vying loads of international assignments with her hopes to grab anything by 2020.
When Tara was asked to put her view on this, she replied “I feel it really exciting to be part of cinema with loads of crossover happening all around. It also looks fascinating that artists across the globe look keen to collaborate.
At the moment, I’m really looking forward to grab an international assignment but do not really think that it is going to happen anytime before the next year.
At the same time, I try to keep myself updated with all those films that are being created along with their auditions.” says Tara who recently made her Bollywood debut with one of her released films Student of the Year 2.

Tara Sutaria upcoming films include Marjaavaan opposite rumored boyfriend Sidharth Malhotra. She is also looking forward for the Hindi remake of Telugu movie RX100. In this movie, she is all set to romance with Ahan Shetty, who is the son of Suniel Shetty.
Another exciting part of RX100 is that she is all set to sing in the remake. When she was asked about this, she quips, “There are so many stories being created about lots of things. I can’t reveal much at the moment and have my fingers crossed. For now, I can only hope to sing in my 3rd movie.”
Only a few people know that Tara Sutaria initially planned to work in Hollywood and didn’t set her mind to work in Hindi film industry as such.
It was something that happened by chance as she primarily headed for an audition in the recently released Will Smith movie Aladdin. But she somehow didn’t get the role. Later, she grabbed a role in Student of the Year 2.

I still remember my audition days that happened to be the best experience of my life so far. It all happened by chance as I was in London at that time and even attended a workshop with the entire star cast.
After this failed to work out, Karan himself approached me who was producing Student of the Year 2. That’s why we say that when one door shuts, another one opens up. And now, I’m looking forward to work in two more films,” she says with a smile on her face.
