Each day, we come across something new in the case as it’s quite hard to believe that the actor like Sushant Singh Rajput can commit suicide on his own.

Now, as per an update from the news agency PTI, a case has been filed against Rhea Chakraborty who happens to be the alleged girlfriend of Sushant Singh Rajput. The same has been filed in Bihar as the deceased was the native of Bihar.

The case has been filed by someone named Kundan Kumar who is a resident of Muzaffarpur. According to Kundan, he has filed a petition before the Chief Judicial Magistrate Mukesh Kumar.
The case was filed a few days back and the hearing foe the same will proceed from June 24, 2020.

As he was quite upset with the sudden and unfortunate demise of Sushant, he decided to file a case against Chakraborty under the IPC sections 306 (abutment of suicide) and 420 (fraud).
This is what he told to reporters, “My client is a huge fan of Rajput and has been deeply distressed by his suicide. He has filed his complaint under IPC Sections 306 (abutment of suicide) and 420 (fraud).”

A few days back, Chakraborty was grilled for as long as 9 hours by Mumbai Police at the Bandra police station.
After Sushant had committed suicide, Bihar Deputy Chief Minister Sushil Kumar Modi visited the late actor’s residence to pay his condolences to the grieving family members.
Since the unfortunate incident of Sushant committing suicide, all the fans, family members and relatives are demanding a CBI probe of the incident.
