On Sunday (October 11, 2020) BJP leader Subramanian Swamy attended a session with Virat Hindustan Sargam where he chose to speak on Sushant Singh Rajput ongoing probe.

While speaking to the investigation being conducted, he slammed the report by AIIMS Chief, Dr Sudhir Gupta where he denied to find any evidences of murder. Swami found this quite unfortunate and said, “In my opinion, Sushant Singh Rajput was murdered and it is unfortunate that AIIMS’ has orally declared to some people that it is a suicide, though we have no proof of it.”

Swami said it was a well planned murder and urged fans to have faith on the current investigation being done by the agencies.

This is what he shared, “Let’s goes into the matter and would request all the SSR fans that don’t lose hope. We will get the killers. In the end, we will win. Bollywood mafia has to pay for this.

We can’t bring Sushant back but his memory should be alive that if mafia rears his head the nation will stand and crush them.

Sushant was alive on 13th June. On 14th June, 9 AM he called his servant saying I want orange juice and that doesn’t sound like someone who would commit suicide,” Swami said.

5 Questions that Raise Doubts on the AIIMS Report

While speaking in the session, Swami raised a few questions that clearly raise doubts on the verbal report given to the selected media by Dr Gupta. Take a look at these questions that are still unanswered.

Whether the AIIMS panel conducted an autopsy of Sushant or they only conducted a cross checks to the report submitted by the Cooper Hospital, Mumbai. And this needs to be made public for authenticity

Whether Dr. Gupta was pressurised by someone to give interviews before the selected media channels

Whether they probed about the destruction of evidence

They checked if there was an insufficiency from a medical point of view

On this matter, Ministry of Health can handle this by conducting a medical team or board
