Being one of the Suriya’s movie fans, you might be aware that his upcoming film is going to be ‘Soorarai Pottru‘. Now, there is so much hype going on regarding the release of this film.
In the presence of the current lockdown phase, many film makers including Suriya had decided to release their films directly on OTT platforms. But his latest movie ‘Soorarai Pottru’ is not going to meet the same fate.
Please note that ‘Soorarai Pottru’ is directed by Sudha Kongara. The Tamil language film is already delayed due to the COVID-19 pandemic. In such a case, it was earlier decided to release the film on digital platform.
But now, it looks like Suriya is not interested to release the film on OTT platform. It’s because he thinks that ‘Soorarai Pottru’ is one film in which he has worked so hard. And this would not be a wise idea to release the film on digital channels.
Instead, he likes the film to first release in theatres. The shooting of ‘Soorarai Pottru is in the process of completion.

As of now, three songs have already been recorded so far. As per the report in this regard, the remaining songs will soon be recorded in the time to come.
The film’s plot relies on the life of the founder of Air Deccan GR Gopinath. The film also has the star appearance of Paresh Rawal, Jackie Shroff, Mohan Babu and Aparna Balamurali in their rominent roles.
The Tamil language action thriller is known to have bankrolled by Sikhya Entertainment along with 2D Entertainment.
