Tollywood has produced some great movies in the recent past and Sivakarthikeyan’s ‘Doctor’ is one of them.
As per a news published in The Times of India, ‘Doctor’ has managed to enter the Rs 100 crore club. The film is directed by Nelson and Dilipkumar starring Priyanka Mohan and Vinay Rai in their lead roles.
Both of them are known to have given much cheer to the exhibitors as they were hit during pandemic as well. ‘Docotr’ happened to be the first big project right after pandemic that hit the big screen on October 9. The release of this film actually had given hope to many other filmmakers who tend to get motivated to release their films as well.
Sivakarthikeyan’s ‘Doctor’ is basically an action-comedy film opened to some great reviews both from the audience and critics. After the film hit the big screen, KJ Studios who produced the film tweeted, “Entering the 25th Day with a bang! Your favorite entertainer #DOCTOR joins the 100 crore club Thank you for the overwhelming support and love. You made this happen #DOCTORHits100Crs #MegaBlockBusterDOCTOR.” (sic) Nelson and Sivakarthikeyan thanked people for their support.
On the work front, Sivakarthikeyan will be next featured in another film titled ‘Don’ in which he is expected to collaborate with Soori and Priyanka. At the moment, he has completed the work on Ayalaan’.
The next film of Sivakarthikeyan is titled ‘Singa Paathai’, with a former associate of Atlee.
