Earlier this year, Salman Khan had announced that he will collaborate with none other than Sanjay Leela Bhansali for a mesmerizing love story starring himself opposite Alia Bhatt. The film had to get released on Eid 2020. Unfortunately, the project had to be cancelled due to some reasons.
You might be thinking about the name of the film. Well, the film that we are talking about is Inshallah that was slated to be released on Eid 2020. But now, the entire project had to get cancelled due to some reasons.
In spite of the film has been shelved, Salman has a special place for the great director Sanjay Leela Bhansali who is known to deliver super hit films.
When Salman was asked by someone from the media about his collaboration with Bhansali in the future, he replied, “Sanjay is a special friend of mine and will always remain the same. However, at this point of time, it won’t be possible to go ahead with Inshallah as God is not willing for the same.”
Inshallah happened to be such a film that was basically a co production between Salman and Bhansali banners. However, if we have to discuss about Bhansali, he gained all his popularity after directing so many popular and big budget films.
He started making films in 1996 from Khamoshi starring Salman Khan. Again in 1999, he directed another hit film titled Hum Dil De Chuke Sanam starring Ajay Devgn and Aishwarya Rai.
