Hollywood actor Robert Pattinson looks excited working with the Oscar winning director Bong Joon Ho.
As per the latest Hollywood news, the actor will soon join with the director for a film based on Edward Ashton’s upcoming novel ‘Mickey7. Pattinson was having an interaction with media personnel where he expressed his desire of working with the ace director.
He said that he considered it as a big deal. This is what he added, “I’m so happy to be working with him,” he said.
Taking about Bong, he became interested after knowing the script and almost attached with the project quite emotionally. As per the update Bong met a number of eminent Hollywood stars before he finally decided to work with Pattinson.
This is what the synopsis of the book read, “Whenever there’s a mission that’s too dangerous — even suicidal — the crew turns to Mickey. After one iteration dies, a new body is regenerated with most of his memories intact. After six deaths, Mickey7 understands the terms of his deal… and why it was the only colonial position unfilled when he took it,” it read.
The upcoming film will be inspired by the novel as mentioned above. Reports suggest that fans can expect an entirely different version which will match exactly in line with the Bon’s style of working.
One of the popular flicks of the director include a 2013 released sci-fi film titled ‘Snowpiercer’. It was based on the French graphic climate fiction novel ‘Le Transperceneige’ by Jean-Marc Rochette and Jacques Lob, Benjamin Legrand.
