Hollywood star Millie Bobby Brown looks all set to join the star cast of another interesting Sci-Fi film titled ‘The Electric State’. Well, as the name suggests, the upcoming film looks interesting as per the story and the role she has been assigned to.
The science fiction film named The Electric State is directed by Joe Russo and produced by Anthony. Please also note the film is actually based on a novel by Simon Stalenhag of the same name.
You might be looking forward to know the role playing by Brown. She will be playing the role of a teenaged girl who has lost her brother.
And suddenly she realizes the presence of a sweet but strange robot near her. By looking at the robot, she starts thinking that it has been sent by her brother who has gone missing.
After this, both the robot and the girl start looking for him in the imaginative world of robots and humans.
While having a word with the media personals, she stated that she looks excited to have collaborated with Universal Pictures who has shown their commitment to release this sci-fi film.
Further, the makers also stated that this is going to be a great opportunity not only for us but also for the audiences to watch the latest released films in theatres.
This is what Russo brothers stated in a joint statement, We’re thrilled to have this deal with Universal who has committed to a theatrical release of ‘Electric State’. This is incredible news for us as filmmakers, and for audiences around the world who want an opportunity to experience films in theaters again,” said the Russo brothers in a joint statement.
“This is also a positive sign that, as vaccines become available, the theatrical market is returning,” they added.
You might be well aware about Russo brothers who are known to have directed the blockbuster films like Avengers: Infinity War and Avengers: Endgame (to name a view) have now joint hands once again to complete this project. To be precise, they have been constantly working with the project since 2017.
The script of this upcoming film is written by Stephen McFeely and Christopher Markus who have all the credit to have scripted blockbusters like Avengers: Infinity War and Avengers: Endgame in the past.
Currently, Millie Bobby Brown is working on the 4th season of the famous web series titled Stranger Things. Brown has lots of projects in her kitty including The Girls I’ve Been, Enola Holmes, A Time Lost, Damsel and Godzilla vs. Kong.
