Kim Kardashian and Blac Chyna have been going through legal battle for the last some time and the latest is that there is some sort of respite for the self-made billionaire.
It all happened on Friday when a court found no evidence to prove that Kim actually had a ‘responsible part in defaming Chyna,’ and therefore the defaming action had to be dismissed.
In lieu of the documents submitted in the court, the news agency confirmed that The Kardashian-Jenner family simply requested to remove the name of Kim Kardashian from the lawsuit.
It’s because Blac Chyna has failed to identify an allegedly defamatory statement by Kim Kardashian.

This is what the court document says, “because Blac Chyna has neither identified an allegedly defamatory statement by Kim Kardashian, nor specified an instance where she ratified an allegedly defamatory statement by another party, the claim against her must be dismissed.” it read.
The document further reads, “Chyna’s vague assertion on the record during her argument that Kim Kardashian ‘ratified those statements and encouraged her sisters to make them,’ without specifying how Kim Kardashian ratified them and to whom, is woefully insufficient to maintain a claim.”
“Additionally, statements by other Defendants cannot form the basis of a defamation claim against Kim Kardashian because neither her mother nor her sisters ever acted as her agent,” it concluded.
Chyna had filed a lawsuit against Kim Kardashian that alleges that she and Jenner had irresponsibly and falsely narrated TV executives and producers that Chyna had turned violent and also attacked her then fiancé Rob Kardashian happened in December 2016 as she wanted to get her reality show, Rob & Chyna, cancelled.
