Sony Pictures International Productions along with RaajKamal Films International (RKFI) are known to have teamed up the release of their most awaiting upcoming project titled Amaran on October 31, 2024.

The theatrical distribution in Tamil Nadu (TN) will be managed by Red Giant Movies, while the digital rights have been awarded to Netflix. The producers announced this news on social media, accompanied by a poster.

Amaran is basically an action-packed emotional drama that revolves around the marvelous landscape of Kashmir. The film has been written and directed by Rajkumar Periasamy.

Sivakarthikeyan leads Amaran with a powerful yet impressive performance of Major Mukund Varadharajan.

The film basically revolves around the life of a military officer who’s currently on a mission related to the 44th Rashtriya Rifles battalion in Jammu & Kashmir. The film also stars Sai Pallavi who is bound to add some emotional aspect to her role.
