While selecting Chennai for the film’s promotion, Jr NTR explained, “With hits like RRR and Baahubali, cinema has become a unifying force beyond language.
It’s no longer about Kollywood, Sandalwood, Bollywood, or Tollywood. We may speak different languages, but we are all united by cinema.” The event wrapped up with a lighthearted moment as he joked, “I was hoping to grab some biryani, but now I’m running late for my flight because of this event. Looks like I’ll have to go straight to the airport!” His playful comment was met with laughter and applause from the audience.
Creating a buzz, Devara is anticipated to deliver a thrilling cinematic experience with its dynamic action, gripping storyline, and stunning underwater scenes. Directed by Koratala Siva, this film features Bollywood actors Saif Ali Khan and Janhvi Kapoor making their Telugu film debuts.
Devara: Part 1 is set to release on September 27 in multiple languages, including Telugu, Tamil, Kannada, Malayalam, and Hindi.
