Though names like Hadid sisters, Taylor Swift, the Kardashians, Zendaya, Beyoncé, and Angelina Jolie often lead beauty lists, this year’s title of the World’s Most Beautiful Woman was given to a 62-year-old film icon whose decades-long career is filled with acclaim, including Golden Globe and Oscar recognition.

Demi Moore, a strong Oscar candidate this year who came close to winning, has been named PEOPLE magazine’s World’s Most Beautiful Woman. In her feature on the magazine’s digital cover, she discusses how she sustains her timeless beauty and lively spirit while gracefully confronting the challenges of aging.

Demi Moore graces the cover of People magazine’s May 5 issue, stunning in a royal blue dress that highlights her timeless grace. Her long, wavy hair flows effortlessly, paired with minimal accessories and soft, natural makeup for a refined look.

The legendary Hollywood actress made a significant impact with her first Oscar nomination for her performance in the sci-fi horror film The Substance.

While she didn’t take home the award, she graciously congratulated Mikey Madison on her win for Anora and has been open about the entire experience

At 62, Demi Moore embodies grace and accomplishment. Her journey has been shaped by both hardships and successes, including a difficult childhood, complex relationships, and the fulfilling role of raising her three daughters named Tallulah, Scout, and Rumer, alongside her ex-husband, Bruce Willis.

In a candid discussion with People magazine, Demi Moore spoke about the difficulties she’s faced in maintaining her appearance, including following strict diets and rigorous exercise regimens. She confessed that, at times, she would “punish” herself in her quest for the perfect look, particularly as she aged.

Demi Moore’s latest film, The Substance, sees her in the role of a fading fitness instructor, a performance that has garnered praise as one of her best. The film not only earned her well-deserved accolades but also marked a striking return to prominence in Hollywood.

Demi Moore opened up about her journey, stating, “I now have a deeper appreciation for all my body has endured to bring me here,” though she admits to occasional insecurities. “There are times when I look in the mirror and think, ‘Oh no, I look old,’ or ‘My face is drooping.’” However, what’s different now is her mindset: “It doesn’t determine my value or define who I am.”

Demi Moore’s acting career took off before she was 19, with her first role on General Hospital. It was there that she realized acting could be a career path, despite grappling with childhood insecurities.

During the interview, she also revealed that she had amblyopia (a wandering eye) and had surgery to correct the condition.

Demi Moore humorously recalled her childhood, mentioning a less-than-flattering haircut paired with a jean jacket decorated with bows, joking, “It was really not attractive.” Beyond her professional achievements, Moore is equally celebrated for her kindness, especially her steadfast support of her ex-husband, Bruce Willis, as he faces significant health issues.

“No matter what, we’ve always been a family,” she said. “Our children have always come first, and that has never changed.” On the subject of beauty standards, Moore has never followed traditional expectations. “I remember being told that long hair is not appropriate after a certain age. But that never seemed logical to me,” she revealed.
