Sydney Sweeney looks all set to captivate audiences as boxing icon Christy Martin in her upcoming film titled Christy. The film will showcase a mind messing transformation of the actress.
The official trailer was dropped on Thursday after the film’s world premiere at the Toronto International Film Festival, where it received strong critical praise.
Many predict that Sweeney’s performance could easily grab her an Oscar nomination. The movie is directed by David Michôd.

The opening of the trailer showcases Sydney who’s introduced as a newcomer in the filed of boxing. She looks so talented that within a short span of time, she manages to make it to win the grand title. Not only that she also wins a lot more titles and finally decides to settles her life with Jim (Ben Foster).
From here, things start turning, especially when she realizes that she has now lost her control not for the game but also her life. The trailer simply showcases her emotional as well as physical quotient throughout.
