Aryan Khan is the son of Bollywood star Shah Rukh Khan who is presently lodged in the Arthur Road jail in a drug related case. He was arrested by the team of NCB on October 3 on a cruise ship where a rave party was organized.
Although, NCB team didn’t find any drugs from Aryan’s captivity, his connection with the international drug syndicate has been making rounds on social media. Some reports also suggest that there was another Bollywood actress with whom Aryan Khan had a long conversation regarding drugs.
It happened on October 20 when the special NDPS court denied bail to Aryan Khan. The court in its judgement stated that it’s not possible for him to grant bail in this case. The latest report says that Bombay High Court has decided to hear the bail application of Aryan Khan on October 26.
The legal team of Aryan Khan applied in the Bombay High Court (BHC) right after his bail plea was rejected.
Advocate Satish Maneshinde appeared in the court on behalf of Aryan Khan. This is what he said, “The bail which was rejected, we are requesting for tomorrow or Monday,” he said.
It happened on October 2 when Aryan Khan was first detained by the NCB and later arrested for his alleged involvement in procuring and consumption of drugs in large quantities.
Aryan Khan was detained directly from the cruise ship on October 2. Aryan was finally arrested on October 3 under different sections 8(c), 20(b), 27, 28, 29 and 35 under the NDPS (Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances) ACT.
