In the recent past, both Shah Rukh Khan and Salman Khan created a mind messing moment when they had an exclusive VIP opening of the Natural History Museum in Abu Dhabi. It was to join the latest cultural fest to join the Saadiyat.
Both of them are known to be among global personalities who are invited to have a glimpse of museum’s private preview that took place on November 20. However, the official public opening will be made on November 22, 2025.

On the occasion, both the actors were seen to have toured the gigantic new institution, now recognized as the biggest natural history museum in the Middle East.
As they walked through the exhibits, Shah Rukh and Salman Khan witnessed striking displays, with the centrepiece being “Stan,” the 67-million-year-old Tyrannosaurus rex fossil famed for its exceptional completeness.
The actors explored engaging galleries that reveal the region’s natural heritage, portraying a time when the Arabian Peninsula resembled a fertile savannah inhabited by extinct creatures such as a four-tusked giant elephant and a lot more.
As it was obvious, the VIP preview attracted some international figures as well. They belonged to various streams like art, music, TV, film, and more.
Some of the Hollywood personalities who joined Khans include MythBusters star. It also included others like fan-favourite performer Giancarlo, Hellboy actor Ron Perlman, special-effects expert Adam Savage, and many more. Producer Swizz Beatz was also among one of the guests.
The museum showcased groundbreaking exhibits, including a full herd of sauropod dinosaurs placed in the atrium, where 5 gigantic long-necked species exhibited jointly for the first time. Another eye-catching attraction is a powerful depiction of two T. rexes battling over a fallen Triceratops, a display never before attempted.
Now part of Saadiyat Island’s prestigious cultural portfolio, which includes Louvre Abu Dhabi and the upcoming Zayed National Museum and Guggenheim Abu Dhabi, the Natural History Museum Abu Dhabi strengthens the area’s global appeal.Salman Khan and Shah Rukh Khan’s presence mainly added international spotlight to the event.
