Dhurandhar 2 to Hit Theatres In Five Languages On March 19, 2026
For the makers, they have announced their new project called Dhurandhar 2 which is scheduled to release on the occasion of Eid, March 19, 2026.
The period drama will be released in some other languages like Malayalam, Kannada, Tamil, Telugu, and Hindi. It will then become a 5-language pan-India global project.
As the makers released Dhurandhar only in Hindi, there is a strong demand from the audience in the South to release its dubbed versions. Fans therefore want the film to be made available in other regional languages as well.
Observing the growing appeal among South Indian audiences at home and abroad, the creators have decided to take the franchise forward with Dhurandhar 2, prioritising regional language accessibility from the outset.
Dhurandhar has been directed by a renowned director Aditya Dhar and produced by B62 Studios, and Jio Studios. And now, Dhurandhar 2 will be produced by looking at all the demands of the audience.
Dhurandhar 2 is currently under production and will soon become the next anticipating film of 2026 to release this Eid. The makers are evaluating a wider release strategy in select global territories to reach audiences outside the diaspora base.
