Annaatthe Box Office: Rajnikanth’s Annaatthe was released on the occasion of Diwali on November 5, 2021.

Even before the film was released in theatres, fans looked excited to watch the film in theaters. Now, as the film is released, people want to know about Annaatthe box office collection on the opening day itself.

While discussing Annaatthe box office collection on the opening day, we can’t forget the mindful performance of superstar Rajnikanth.

 

Annaatthe Box Office: Rajnikanth’s Starrer Surpasses Vijay’s Sarkar In Tamil Nadu?

If latest reports are to be believed, Rajnikanth starrer has surpassed the box office collection of Vijay’s Sarkar. No doubt, the film is about to set an all time record in Tamil Nadu region.

One reason why Annaatthe received a grand success is because of the Tamil Nadu government granting 100% occupancy in theaters. As per the sources, the film managed to gross over Rs 34 crore at the Tamil Nadu box office.

On the other hand, Vijay’s Sarkar is known to have grossed Rs 32 crore on the opening day at the Tamil Nadu box office.

The makers of Annaatthe have in fact, confirmed the above report by linking it with their official Twitter page.

At the same time, there are some reports circulating suggesting that Rajnikanth’s Annaatthe couldn’t perform well and managed to gross only Rs 25 crore at the TN box office.

We need to wait for some time to know the actual stats that are expected to come out soon.
