Yesterday, the entire nation not only celebrated Republic Day but also Basant Panchami. On the occasion, Amitabh Bachchan came out celebrating the festival with Saraswati puja.
The veteran actor had yet another reason to celebrate. It was the birthday of his son Abhishek Bachchan as per the Hindu colander.

Amitabh Bachchan later shared the pictures of Puja on his Twitter account. Some pictures also had the presence of Abhishek being blessed by his mother Jaya Bachchan.
This is what Big B captioned the post, “Sending good wishes for Basant Panchami. We did a puja for Saraswati Devi. Abhishek was also born on Basant Panchami. Blessings, wishes and love to him.” he wrote.

On the professional front, Abhishek Bachchan was last featured in a film titled Dasvi that starred Nimrat Kaur and Yami Gautam Dhar in their respective pivotal roles.
He’s likely to be featured in his next film Bholaa which is basically an action film. After that he will be seen in R Balki’s Ghoomer, which will star Shabana Azmi and Saiyami Kher in their respective pivotal roles.
On the other hand Big B recently bagged his Lifetime Achievement Award. He was chosen for his immense contribution towards Indian cinema.
He was featured las year in Sooraj Barjatya’s Uunchai starring Parineeti Chopra, Danny Denzongpa, Boman Irani, Anupam Kher, and others.
