Following a successful tour across Canada, the US, Australia, and New Zealand, Diljit Dosanjh’s Dil-luminati tour has created a buzz in India. The Delhi concert tickets were snapped up in just two minutes once they went on sale on Thursday.
In Delhi, Gold (Phase 3) tickets were priced at Rs 12,999, while the Fan Pit tickets, which were available from Rs 19,999, also sold out rapidly. Other cities saw tickets for the Silver (Phase 1) section in Hyderabad starting at Rs 3,299, with Delhi’s Fan Pit tickets reaching up to Rs 19,999.

In an interaction with NDTV’s Hardika Gupta, Janamjai Sehgal, Business Head at Saregama India Ltd. and organizer of Diljit Dosanjh’s tour, revealed, “We’ve sold 150,000 tickets already. Due to venue restrictions and regulations, we’re expecting around 200,000 attendees across 10 venues. This kind of demand is unprecedented in India, even for international acts.On the first day of pre-sales, there were 8,000 to 10,000 transactions per minute, and we sold 100,000 tickets in just 15 minutes. The setup for the Delhi shows will be one of the largest ever in India, and it’s going to be a surprising experience for attendees.”
The current tour of Diljit Dosanjh kicks off on October 26, with scheduled stops in Ahmedabad, Hyderabad, Lucknow, Kolkata, Bengaluru, Indore, Pune, Guwahati, Chandigarh, and Delhi NCR.
