Spencer is going to be an upcoming biopic based on the life of Princess Diana for which the first trailer has been released. The lead role will be played by Kristen Stewart who has joined the star cast with aplomb.
The film is to be directed by Pablo Larrain. It takes over the era of 1991 and narrates the story during Christmas holiday. This is the time when Prince Charles and Diana decide to end their marriage.
Jack Farthing will play the role opposite Stewart. Both these actors have been chosen to play the lead cast as they have a British Decent.
Recently, the first look pictures of Stewart as Diana has made everyone eager to dig in more. As per a report, fans look eager to hear the actor’s take on Dana’s British accent.
Fans look eager because the one minute long trailer depicts stewart uttering only two words. And so, it’s not clear how she performs the character of Diana.
“They know everything,” Sally Hawkins, who appears in an undisclosed role, tells Diana. She responds, “They don’t.”
The first teaser of Spencer basically revolves around the Queen’s Sandringham Estate that basically includes stunning clothing and lavish meals. As it goes along, Stewart can be seen going emotional.
Spencer is next to the imagination of what might have happened during that fateful holiday period of Diana and Prince Charles.
The star cast also includes the presence of Olga Hellsing as Sarah along with Amy Manson as Anne Boleyn and Niklas Kohrt as Prince Andrew. The script of this biographical drama is written by Steven Knight. Spencer is scheduled to release on November 5, 2021.
