Ajay Devgn starrer Maidaan is surely going to be the highest anticipating film of 2021. Until now, the film has got many release dates. But every time, no official consensus was made.
Maidaan earlier got a release date of November 27, 2020 but was postponed to December 11, 2020 due to undisclosed reasons.

Ajay took to his Twitter account to share the final release date of Maidaan which is going to be August 13, 2021.
In his short tweet, the Bollywood actor wrote that Maidaan will be released in the Independence Day week of 2021.

Maidaan is a film which is based on the biggest sport celebrated over the entire world which is none other than Football. The film depicts the story of self belief and change.

But then commenting to the remarks from various media houses, Producer Boney Kapoor rubbished them all and said that both OTT platform and theatrical release can co exist.

As we just mentioned, Maidaan is going to be a sports related drama which is precisely dedicated to the golden years of Football.
