Things are not going in the favor of Aryan Khan, who is currently lodged in the Arthur Jail on the charges of consumption and procurement of banned drugs.
It was on October 2 when NCB (Narcotics Control Bureau) arrested him from a cruise ship that was ready to leave Mumbai port. NCB made a raid at the cruise ship and detained as many as eight people including Aryan.
Aryan Khan continues to be in the jail for almost a month and is currently struggling to get bail. As his bail plea is still lying before the Bombay High Court, we hear that Aryan’s mother Gauri Khan is not keeping well.
As per an update given on Bollywood Hungama, Gauri Khan has stopped eating almost entirely. She has started praying a lot and doesn’t communicate her sorrow and grief with anyone in the family or outside. In short, her health is deteriorating in the absence of her son.
This is what the source revealed, “She has stopped eating almost entirely. She prays a lot. She doesn’t communicate her grief (about her son’s arrest) with anyone. Our fear is that she may suffer a nervous breakdown due to the emotional and physical stress that she has been subjected to during the past month.”
The family friends adds further to say that with every rejection of Aryan Khan’s bail plea, it’s something compared to the death of Gauri Khan.
This is what the family friend revealed, “Shah Rukh Khan is taking Aryan’s prolonged confinement far better than Gauri. She is not being able to cope with the enormity of her disappointment. She has stopped meeting friends completely and spends her time crying and praying,” says the friend.
At the moment, friends have started saying that they fear about Gauri’s deteriorating health if her son doesn’t come to home. “She has started to despair. She is losing hope. ‘Will I ever see him again?’ she asked a friend on the phone,” the source told.
