Further, the end credits will set up Alpha, the next film in the YRF Spy Universe. Aditya Chopra, who’s known for his long-term franchise planning, is saving the grand convergence of all three superstars for a colossal project currently under development.
When asked to clarify the hidden element in War 2, it was revealed that Bobby Deol will enter the YRF Spy Universe with a powerful villain role.
The role is expected to set the stage for his character’s importance in future storylines. In a non-traditional move, Aditya Chopra is prioritizing this antagonist’s reveal over launching the female leads of Sharvari, Alia Bhatt and Alpha.
The sixth chapter of the YRF Spy Universe, War 2, will hit screns on August 14, 2025, in Telugu, Tamil, and Hindi versions. The film is being directed by Ayan Mukerji.
