Well, the reason is quite obvious. Alia is now a successful actress as she has given three hits in a row.
Udta Punjab, Kapoor & Sons and Dear Zindagi are some of her films that have been successful at the box office.
This is actually a way to enjoy success by shifting into her new branded home.
Alia doesn’t leave alone, but has taken along her sister Shaheen. Most of us might be thinking that as Alia Bhatt leaves parents house, she’s going to miss her parents.
But this is not true. Although she has now almost shifted, but her parent’s (Mahesh Bhatt and Soni Razdan) house is mere ten steps away and there is no question of missing her parents. She can move freely as and when she intends to.
One question that strikes in mind is the need to move away from parents house.
Well, as per the actress, it’s more of a necessity than rebellion. When Alia was asked this question, she simply defended her actions by saying that she’s often involved with a number of acting classes at home.
At other times, she’s busy with narration. And due to all this traffic jam back home, she doesn’t want to eat her parents precious time.

Dear Zindagi actress, at the same time admits that it looked strange when she asked her parents to live alone.
However, at the same time, she intends to see her parents twice in a week in the initial time frame. This is just to beat the early transition phase.
Initially, Mahesh Bhatt was not willing to let her move to a new house, but finally got persuaded, as he himself feels that it’s so difficult for a father to see her child moving away.
But anyways, Alia was successful convincing her father on the issue.
There is one more aspect to look into as Alia Bhatt leaves parents house.
The moving away is going to happen only on the personal front. However, on the professional front, she’s yet to experience signing up new projects with dad Mahesh and her uncle Mukesh Bhatt’s production house.
