According to Indian box office tracker Sacnilk, L2: Empuraan grossed an estimated Rs 59.35 crore net in India during its first four days of release.

Empuraan Movie Synopsis: The Next Chapter in the Lucifer Trilogy Unfolds
It all happened in the year 2002, amidst the devastating Gujarat riots, young Zayed witnesses the brutal massacre of his family and is forced to escape. He finds refuge under the care of Khureshi Ab’raam, who mentors him with a focus on vengeance.
Fast forward years later, Kerala’s political climate shifts as Jathin Ramdas joins forces with Balraj, now known as Baba Bajrangi. As international conspiracies unfold, Stephen Nedumpally, the hidden identity of Ab’raam, makes his return for a final confrontation.
Empuraan Cast & Crew
Mohanlal portrays the character of Khureshi Ab’raam, also known as Stephen Nedumpally, while Prithviraj Sukumaran takes on the role of Zayed Masood Azhar. Karthikeya Dev plays the younger Zayed.
Manju Warrier appears as Priyadarshini Ramdas, and Abhimanyu Singh plays Balraj Patel, who is also referred to as Baba Bajrangi.
Tovino Thomas portrays Jathin Ramdas, Indrajith Sukumaran is seen as Govardhan, and Andrea Tivadar plays Michele Menuhin. The cast also includes Jerome Flynn as Boris Oliver, Kishore as Karthik, Sukant Goel as Munna, and Suraj Venjaramoodu in the role of Sajanachandran.
Please note that Giju John played the character of Sanjeev Kumar, while Satyajit Sharma took on the role of Masood Azhar, and Oziel Jivani portrayed Zaheer Masood Azhar. Aishwarya Ohja, Nayan Bhatt, and Shubhangi Latkar played Haniya, Suraiya Bibi, and Bahija Begum, respectively.
Alexx O’Nell appeared as Robert McCarthy, Mikhail Novikov as Sergei Leonov, and Murugan Martin as Muthu. Behzaad Khan played Salabath Hamza, Sshivada portrayed Sreelekha, and Jaise Jose played Xavier. Kalabhavan Shajohn made a cameo as Aloshy Joseph, while Shaun Romy appeared as Aparna.
Kainakary Thankaraj had a brief role as Nedumpally Krishnan. Antony Perumbavoor and Aashish Joe Antony made cameo appearances as Daniel Rawuther and a hitman, respectively, and Rick Yune played the leader of the Shenlong “Shen” Triad.
Empuraan was directed by Prithviraj Sukumaran and produced by Antony Perumbavoor and Gokulam Gopalan under Sree Gokulam Movies and Aashirvad Cinemas Pvt Ltd.
The screenplay was penned by Murali Gopy, with cinematography by Sujith Vaassudev and editing by Akhilesh Mohan. Deepak Dev composed the film’s music, while sound design was handled by M R Rajakrishnan.
