Zoa Morani Donates Blood For Covid-19 Plasma Therapy

Zoa Morani who is the daughter of film producer Karim Mornai was tested Covid-19 positive some days back. Soon after that, she was taken to a hospital for the treatment.

Today, Zoa is doing all fine and even decided to donate blood for other coronavirus victims.

In the recent past, Zoa took to her Instagram account and shared about her feelings. In her post, she revealed that she is doing fine now and it feels super cool to donate blood for other coronavirus victims.

Not only that, she even wished that anyone who has recovered from the dreaded Covid-19 crisis should come forward to donate the blood for the purpose of humanity and also to take part in the cause.


This is what Zoya posted while sharing the latest from her end, “Donated my blood today for the #plasmatherapy trials at #nairhospital.. it was fascinating!!! Always a silver lining i suppose… the team there was so enthusiastic and careful. There was a general physician on standby just incase of emergency and the equipment brand new and safe!!! All #Covid19 recovered people can be a part of this trial, to help others covid patients recover! Thank you Dr Jayanti Shastri and Dr Ramesh Waghmare for taking such good care of me.. hope this works #covidrecovery #IndiaFightsCorona.”

Further, speaking to the Indian Express, Zoa expressed her thoughts about the feeling she has got after recovering from Covid-19 pandemic. She also stated how positive it feels like to her while donating blood for this social cause.

This is what she said, “It was a fascinating experience. The entire team at Nair hospital were very enthusiastic and so concerned about my safety. The equipment was brand new with disposable kits for each donor. The research is ongoing, and they said if need be, they would call me back for round 2 of donation if it works.”

In the later part of her interaction with the media house, Zoa informed that her blood donation has already been acknowlwdged and she now feels super cool about it!
