This is How Salman Khan Encourages Uunchai Director Sooraj Barjatya to Make Films

While launching the trailer of Uunchai sometime back, Barjatya stated that Salman Khan wanted to take part in the film. This is what he further said, “When I was making this, Salman asked me, ‘Sooraj what are you making?’ then, ‘Why are you going to the hills?’ Then he also told me, ‘I can do this film!’ I said no! Because we all know he can climb mountains. But I needed people who can look as if they can’t,” he said.

As we just mentioned above, the collaboration between Sooraj Barjatya and Salman Khan started in the year 1989 when he took Salman in his film Maine Pyar Kiya.

Later, the director also cast him in some other movies like Prem Ratan Dhan Paayo, Hum Saath Saath Hain, and Hum Aapke Hai Koun.

As per the latest update, Sooraj is all set to direct a film Uunchai starring Parineeti Chopra, Neena Gupta, Sarika, Boman Irani, Anupam Kher, and Amitabh Bachchan in their respective pivotal roles.

Others who star in their special performances include the names like Nafisa Ali Sodhi and Danny Denzongpa.

Uunchai is scheduled to release on November 11, 2022.
