The life of Shilpa Shetty and her entire family has taken a bad shape, especially after the arrest of Raj Kundra. This time Shilpa Shetty’s mother Sunanda has filed a complaint regarding a land fraud.
As per a complaint filed by her, a person named Sudhakar Ghare managed to sold her a land worth of Rs 1.6 crores using fake papers. After her complaint, a case has been filed by the Mumbai police under different sections of IPC.
As of now, investigation in this cheating case is already going on. On the other hand, Raj Kundra continues to face trouble in the alleged pornography case. He has been remanded to a 14 day judicial custody.

Although, Kundra appealed for a relief in the High Court yesterday, but his bail plea was rejected. It looks like he will move to sessions court for a bail.
In the presence of so much chaos, SEBI has announced a penalty of Rs 3 lakh to Viaan Industries owned by Shilpa Shetty and Raj Kundra. Both of them are known to be the promotors of Viaan industries.
