Shilpa Shetty who has been going through tough times since the arrest of her husband Raj Kundra in the pornography case came live yesterday on the occasion of Independence Day.
She decided to take part in a virtual meeting to cover the event of COVID-19 fund raiser.
Meanwhile, the husband of the Bollywood actress continues to be in the judicial custody against the charges of producing and streaming pornographic content through various apps.
While addressing the event, Shetty addressed the ways to overcome negative stress.

This is what she spoke, “It is natural to have negative thoughts during tough times but to control those emotions, it is important to control your breath. This is why to remain positive and improve your breathing, ‘pranayam’ has become more important.”
On the occasion, she urged people not to take COVID-19 lightly and suggested them to get vaccinated as soon as possible.
